The performance evaluation of interior organization units is an important component of enterprise's performance eval- uation system, and is the middle tache between enterprise's integer performance evaluation and individual performance evalua- tion.This paper analyzes the theory about performance evaluation of interior organization units by commission and agent theory, and also analyzes systematically the function of the performance evaluation of enterprise interior organization units.It is held that the performance evaluation of enterprise interior organization units is an effective system planning and important means to solve commission and agent relation of enterprise interior organization commission and agent chain.
