研究低热、中热硅酸盐水泥对大坝混凝土的强度、极限拉伸、干缩、抗裂、绝热温升、抗冻、抗渗等性能的影响。结果表明:与中热硅酸盐水泥混凝土相比,低热硅酸盐水泥混凝土7 d强度偏低,28 d强度基本持平,90 d和180 d强度略高;28 d、90 d和180 d的极限拉伸值增加;塑性阶段的抗裂性能提高;28 d绝热温升值降低5.3℃;干缩、抗冻、抗渗性能基本相近。总体而言,低热硅酸盐水泥能改善大坝混凝土的性能,有利于大坝安全。
This paper presents a systematic study on the influence of low-heat Portland cement concrete (LHC) and moderate-heat Portland cement (MHC) on the properties of dam concrete, such as mechanical strength, ultimate tension, drying shrinkage, anti-cracking, adiabatic temperature rise, frost resistance and impermeability. Relative to MHC, LHC shows lower 7d strength, slightly higher 90d and 180d strengths, and similar 28d strength, and its ultimate tensions of 28d, 90d and 180d are increased. The study also reveals that LHC has better early anti-cracking property and its 28d adiabatic temperature rise is decreased by 5.3℃ , while its drying shrinkage, frost resistance and impermeability are close to MHC. Thus, LHC improves the properties of dam concrete, favorable to dam safety.
