树脂传递模塑工艺(RTM)是纤维增强聚合物基复合材料的重要制备工艺之一。当树脂的宏观、细观流动前沿不一致时易于形成孔隙缺陷,从而降低复合材料性能。文中根据RTM工艺过程特点,建立树脂在纤堆束间流动的轴对称模型,进而根据流体力学和表面科学,建立树脂流体的表面张力和流体压力耦舍分析的方法,并采用流体体积函数(VOF)方法追踪流动前沿,分析温度、纤维束间距、流动速度等工艺参数对流体压力和前沿的影响规律。
Resin transfer molding (RTM) is one of the important processes for fabrication of fiber-reinforced polymer-matrix composites. The large difference in the position of flow front between the inter-tow flow and intra-tow flow leads to void formation. According to the process characteristics, the axisymmetric model of fluid flows in inter-tow spaces was constructed, and then the coupling analysis method between surface tension and fluid pressure was developed on the basis of fluid ume of fluid (VO dy F) tow dimension, and namics and surface science. The flow front was tracked by means of the volmethod, and the influences of such process parameters as temperature, interflow velocity on fluid pressure and flow front were analyzed.
