采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了纳米TiO2粉体,通过XRD、BET等技术对其进行了表征,并以豌豆为植物探针,研究了其对豌豆萌发及生长的影响规律。结果表明,纳米TiO2对豌豆萌发及生长的影响与其粒径及投放量有关,投放量一定,粒径越小,其影响作用也越大;当粒径为51 nm、投放量分别在1-40和1-20 g/L范围时,纳米TiO2依次对豌豆萌发及幼苗生长起促进作用,表现出了较高的生物活性,当投放量超出对应范围时纳米TiO2对豌豆萌发及幼苗生长具有明显的抑制作用。
Nano-TiO2 was synthesized by Sol-Gel and characterized with XRD and BET technique.The effect of nano-TiO2 on pea germination and growth under the different condition was investigated.The result indicated that the effect of TiO2 nanoparficle was related to its size and concentration.Under the concentration, nano-TiO2 could hasten the germination and growth of pea, while nano-TiO2 had obvious restrainting effects under higher concentration of nano-TiO2,
