试验采用膜下滴灌方式,研究了四个水分处理,即W0极度胁迫(灌水量450m^3·hm^-2)、W1重度胁迫(灌水量1530m^3·hm^-2)、W2轻度胁迫(灌水量1890m^3·hm^-2)、W3充分灌溉(灌水量2250m^3·hm^-2)对瓜尔豆生长与逆境生理指标的影响。结果表明,W2处理对瓜尔豆产量性状和各生理生化指标的影响较为明显。各水分处理对产量的影响为:W2>W1>W3>W0;W2处理前期可以显著增加瓜尔豆的株高和茎粗,鼓粒期后以W3处理为最优。生理指标中,处理W2、W3均可提高瓜尔豆叶片可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白及脯氨酸等渗透调节物质并降低丙二醛含量;鉴于W2处理叶绿素、可溶性蛋白、产量和POD酶活性等各项指标都表现出优于或近似于W3处理的效果。轻度胁迫既可实现高产,又能最大限度地节约水分,是非充分灌溉的良好选择。
In order to extend water-saving irrigation for guar cultivation in Xinjiang ,four water deficient treatments , W0 (extreme water deficiency ,total irrigation amount was 450m^3·hm^-2 ) ,W1(heavy water deficiency ,total irrigation amount was 1 530m^3·hm^-2 ) ,W2 (light water deficiency ,total irrigation amount was 1 890m^3·hm^-2 ) ,and W3 (full irrigation ,2 250 m3·hm-2 )were conducted ,in combination with plastic mulching and drip irrigation .Some growth parameters and physiological traits such as kernel weight ,yield ,and soluble sugar were analyzed .The results indicated sig-nificant effect of W2 .Before the pod setting stage ,high values of height and stem diameters were observed with W 2 . Contents of soluble sugar ,soluble protein and proline increased for W2 and W3 ,while malonaldehyde content decreased . Regarding physiological traits such as chlorophyll ,soluble protein ,and POD activity ,W2 is recommended as the suitable practice for guar production in Xinjiang .
