本文利用DEA-RAM模型，构建了包含环境效率、经济效率及创新效率的工业经济转型效率的测算模型，根据此模型能够测算出我国总体及不同省份的绿色创新效率。研究结果表明：我国工业的绿色创新转型效率变化呈现阶段性的特征，自2009年后，我国工业总体绿色创新转型效率有较大提升，绿色效率是推动其变动的关键性因素，其次是创新效率；各个省份工业绿色创新转型效率呈现不均衡的发展趋势，中东部地区的工业绿色创新转型效率变动趋势明显，而西部地区工业绿色创新转型效率提升速度缓慢。

Industrial green innovation transition efficiency model including economic efficiency, green efficiency and innovation effi- ciency is built by using DEA-RAM model based on existing research. The results show that the changes of overall industrial green inno- vation transition efficiency present different characters in different stage. After 2009, industrial green innovation transition efficiency in- crease greatly, the first reason is green efficiency, and another one is innovation efficiency. The green innovation transition efficiency of middle and east provinces present obvious changes. However, the green innovation transition efficiency of middle and east provinces present slow changes.
