英文摘要：
A kind of complex decision-making problem with tacit objectives is studied. Such problem has three special characters as follows： the decision-making objective is difficult to be expressed completely in a quantitative and structurized way, the preference of policy-makers is changing during the decision-making process, and the problem generally has NP-hard character. The method for solving such decision-making problem is discussed. The structure model of the intelligent decision support system based on interactive evolutionary computation is developed, and the functions of each module in the proposed model are introduced. The rationality of the proposed model is shown by a product innovation design system.
