On the basis of documents that have had and our serial researches in regional Misparity of China and local government＇s behavior, the text has established a connection between reorganization of market, gathering of industry, regional disparity and some problems, such as local protectionism which have relation with regional economy development; and have explained geographical, policy and historical factors forming regional economic development pattern of China; have looked forward to the trend of reorganization of market and gathering of industry of China in the future in process of globalization, marketization and urbanization; have put forward two challenges of coordinative development of the regional economy and the policy ideas of rational overall arrangements of the regional economy.
