为了研究松软厚煤层综放面矿压显现及覆岩运动规律,以余吾煤业S1206综放工作面为工程背景,通过现场监测、理论分析和数值模拟等方式,从支架初撑力、循环末阻力、工作阻力频率以及支架结构四个方面分析了工作面综放液压支架的适应性。结果表明:支架前柱受力普遍大于后柱,工作面两端支架压力小于中部。基本顶初次来压步距35.2m,周期来压步距11.7m,动载系数1.55,周期来压较强烈。监测数据分析表明,S1206工作面ZF10000/21/38型放顶煤液压支架选型合理,适应性好,完全满足生产需要。
In order to study the strata behaviors and overlying strata movement law of fully mechanized caving face in soft and thick coal seam, the field monitoring, theoretical analysis and numerical simulation are conducted based on the background of S1206 fully mechanized coal mining face in Yuwu Coal Group. The applicability of hydraulic support is analyzed from the setting force,support resistance,working resistance frequency and support structure. The results show that the stress of the front column is generally larger than that of the posterior column,and pressure at two ends of the working face is less than that of the middle part. The initial weighting interval of main roof is 35. 2m, the periodic weighting is 11. 7m,the dynamic factor is 1. 55 and the periodic weighting is intense. Monitoring data analysis shows that,the selection of ZF10000 / 21 / 38 caving coal hydraulic support in S1206 working face is reasonable,which has favorable adaptability and meets the production need.
