以传统的商业布局理论为基础,结合人口、消费行为、交通等影响传统商业空间布局的因素,从交易成本、销售方式和营销模式三个方面深入分析互联网因素对传统商业企业价值链的作用机理;然后分析电商兴起为传统商业模式带来的机遇与挑战,进而探讨新的商业模式下我国城市商业空间布局的演变方向;最后基于不同业态提出城市商业空间布局未来趋势,为"互联网+"时代下的商业空间布局优化提供参考。
On the basis of the traditional commercial layout theory,combined with the population,consumption behavior,transportation and other factors,which affect the traditional commercial space layout,from transaction cost,sales and marketing mode,this paper in-depth analyzes the mechanism of the internet to the traditional business enterprise value chain. And then,analyzes the opportunities and challenges of traditional business model with the rise of electronic commerce,explores the evolution direction of urban commercial space layout under new business mode in our country. Finally,puts forward the development trend of urban commercial space based layout on different forms,providing the reference for commercial space layout optimization under the "Internet+" era.
