针对盐矿水溶开采过程中盐结晶析出附着在采卤管道上,使采卤效率降低或采卤管堵塞的问题,综合考虑了卤水温度、盐含量和流速等因素在开采过程中的变化情况,根据相似模拟准则,在实验室内搭建的物理模拟试验平台上进行了多因素综合作用下盐结晶析出规律的研究。试验结果表明,由Na_2SO_4-NaCl-H_2O三元水盐体系相图可知,Na_2SO_4质量浓度最大为20g/L时,卤水中只有NaCl结晶析出;多因素综合作用下,影响盐结晶的主要敏感因素为卤水温度和盐含量;当卤水中各组分质量浓度之和为318g/L,温度降为20℃时,卤水中才有结晶析出。本研究为盐矿开采预防结晶堵管提供一定的理论指导。
According to the recovery efficiency reduction and pipe plugging due to crystalliza- tion during the solution mining process in salt mine, changes of temperature, concentration and flow velocity were comprehensively considered. Physical simulation experimental platform was built on the basis of similarity criteria of similar simulation in the laboratory. The laws of crystal- lization were investigated under the multiple factors including temperature, mass concentration and flow velocity on the physical simulation experimental platform. The experimental results show that only NaC1 crystal forms according to the phase diagram of Na2SO4-NaC1-H20 ternary salt-water system when the maximum mass concentration of sodium sulfate is 20 g/L. Under the action of multiple factors, the main factors influencing the crystal are the temperature and con- centration of brine. When the brine mass concentration of components is in the sum of 318 g/L, brine temperature is 20℃ ,crystal forms in brine.
