英文摘要：

Based on the method of questionnaire survey, this paper attempts to analyze how students communicate during the process of cooperative learning in senior biology. The results show that students are able to perform well in raising their questions and listening to others＇ reply when the discussion teaching method is adopted. However, generally, girls out-perform boys in the whole discussion. Therefore, teachers should guide students to communicate more and train their abilities like improving their logic of language and adding suggestions to others. Unlike boys in the discussion, girls perform more logical in their language.
