设计颗粒饲料、糠虾、丰年虫、海月水母+颗粒饲料、海月水母+糠虾和海月水母+丰年虫6种饵料组合,比较其对马来沙水母口腕长、伞径和体重3个生长指标的影响。结果表明:饲养30 d后,投喂海月水母+颗粒饲料的马来沙水母伞径平均值为9.23 cm,体重达到40.3 g,此两项指标均与其他5组饵料组合差异显著(P〈0.05);投喂糠虾、投喂海月水母+糠虾的马来沙水母在饲养10 d时,口腕长、伞径和体重基本达到峰值,随后20 d变化较小。对以海月水母+颗粒饲料为饵料的水母的生长指标进行了相关性分析,结果显示:30日龄的马来沙水母口腕长和体重、伞径和体重、口腕长和伞径均表现出极显著正相关,相关系数分别为0.941、0.96和0.997。通过综合分析各组水母生长指标的变化,确定了马来沙水母的最佳投饵方案:伞径在2-5 cm时,每日投喂海月水母与糠虾;伞径超过5 cm后,每日投喂的饵料改为海月水母与颗粒饲料。
The jellyfishes Sanderia malayensis were fed with pellet diet, mysis shrimp, fairy shrimp, moon jellyfish + pellet diet, moon jellyfish + mysis shrimp, and moon jellyfish + fairy shrimp to evaluate the effects of different diets on oral arms length, umbrella diameter and weight of S. Malayensis. The results showed that the jellyfish group fed with moon jellyfish + pellet diet had an average umbrella diameter of 9.23 cm and an average weight of 40.3 g at 30 d, and these two indexes were significantly different with those of groups fed with other 5 diets(P〈0.05). Three growth traits observed in the study of S. Malayensis fed with mysis shrimp and moon jellyfish + mysis shrimp almost reached the highest level at 10 d, and changed little in the following 20 days. The correlation of growth indexes was analyzed for the moon jellyfish + pellet diet group, and the results indicated that there were extremely significant positive correlation between oral arms length and weight, umbrella diameter and weight, as well as oral arms length and umbrella diameter, whose correlation coefficients were 0.941, 0.96 and 0.997, respectively. According to comprehensive analysis of the variation of three growth indexes, an optimal feeding program was obtained: S. Malayensis should be fed with moon jellyfish + mysis shrimp when the umbrella diameter is 2-5cm, and then shift into moon jellyfish + pellet diet after the umbrella diameter is over 5cm.
