【目的】探索杀菌剂和化肥对生防菌防病、促生作用的影响,为综合利用生防菌防治植物病害、促进植物生长提供依据。【方法】利用平板对峙法,测定生防菌Sc11、153和Fo47对尖镰孢萎蔫专化型的皿内拮抗作用及其发酵液的抑菌作用,通过盆栽试验测定生防菌与杀菌剂、化肥结合对棉花枯萎病的防治效果及对棉株的促生作用。【结果】放线菌Sc11和153的发酵液对尖镰孢萎蔫专化型皿内抑制作用显著,抑制率分别为67.5%和55.0%;盆栽试验结果表明,生防菌与杀菌剂、化肥结合对棉花枯萎病的防效高于单因素处理,菌株Sc11和菌株Fo47分别与多菌灵溶液结合对棉花枯萎病的防治效果最佳,抑制率为64.99%和57.10%。【结论】杀菌剂、化肥与生防菌结合提高了生防菌的防病促生效果,体现了生防菌与杀菌剂、化肥结合应用防治植物病害的优越性,为植物病害有效防治提供新的解决方案。
[Objective] This study explored the effects of fungicides and fertilizers on the function of biocontrol agents in preventing plant diseases and promoting growth to provide experimental basis for the utilization of biocontrol agents. [Method] Plate confrontation method was used to test the antagonistic effects of Scll, 153 and Fo47 on Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. vasinfectumon agar plate. Through pot experiment,the effects of mixed biocontrol agents, fungicides and fertilizers on cotton fusarium wilt control and cotton growth were also investigated. [Result] Both Scll and 153 had significant inhibitory effects on F. oxysporum f. sp. vasinfectum,and their inhibition rates were 67.5% and 55.0% ,respectively. The combined treatments had significant higher efficiency on controlling cotton fusarium wilt than the single-factor treatments and the control. The control effects of biocontrol agents Scll and Fo47 combined with Carbendazim on cotton fusarium wilt reached 64.99%and 57.10% ,respectively. [Conclusion] The combination of fungicides and fertilizers improved the effects of bio-control agents on controlling diseases and promoting growth,which supplied a new solution for the effective control of plant diseases.
