氯化法和硫酸法是生产钛白的主要工艺,氯化法具有环保优势和产品质量优势,是目前生产钛白的国际发展趋势。综述了目前国内外钛白的生产工艺的研究现状及发展趋势,重点分析了氯化工艺核心阶段氧化过程中存在的气流混合繁杂、反应器壁面易结疤和产品质量难控制等问题。提出未来氯化法应加强氧化机理研究,在少造成环境污染的前提下,降低原料品位要求、优化氧化反应器结构,得到质量更佳的产品。
Chlorination technology and sulphation technology are the main process of producing titanium dioxide powders, chlorination technology is a international development tendency to producing titania powders because of the environment and production advantages. The development and current situation of chloride process are described, mainly sets forth a series of technological view on oxidation process which is the most important part of this technolo- gy, there are three fatal problems: difficult to control the mixing of reactant gas, the intractable scaling on the wall of reactor and inefficient control over the morphology of Ti02 particles. Finally, the research of oxidation mechanism should be strengthened, then reduces the requirements of raw material grade and optimizes the structure of oxidation reactor on the basis of little pollution on environment are pointed out.
