目的应用Tei指数评价大鼠心肌梗死(心梗)模型左室整体功能的变化。 方法雌性Wistar大鼠20只,结扎冠状动脉左前降支成功建立心梗模型。术前及术后72h所有大鼠均采用超声心动图检查,测量二尖瓣血流频谱:心室早期充盈速度(E)及心房充盈速度(A),计算E/A,左室射血分数(LVEF)、等容收缩期时间(IcT)、等容舒张期时间(IRT)、左室射血时间(ET),计算Tei指数。 结果与术前相比,LVEF显著减小(P〈O.01),E/A、IRT、ICT、Tei指数显著增大(P〈0.01),ET减小(P〈O.05);Tei指数与Simpson法所测LVEF显著相关(γ=-0.96,P〈0.001);Tei指数测量方法的组间及组内差异比较具有高度的一致性。 结论Tei指数重复性高,结合高频多普勒超声心动图为准确评价大鼠心梗模型左室整体功能的变化提供了有效实用的方法。
Objective To investigate the value of Tei index in evaluating global left ventricular function changes in rat model of myocardial infarction. Methods Female Wistar rats (n = 20) were selected and the main branch of left coronary artery were ligated. Before and 72 hours after operation, echocardiaography was performed. Results Compared with the data before ligation, the data of E/A ratio, isovolumic relaxation time (IRT), isovolumic contraction time (ICT), and Tei index were significantly increased (P〈0. 01) 72 hours after operation. LV ejection fraction (LVEF) was significantly decreased (P〈0. 01) and left ventricular ejection time (ET) was also significantly shortened (P〈0.05) .Tei index was highly correlated to the LVEF with Simpson measurement (γ=- 0. 96, P〈0. 001) . Both the intra-and inter-observers of Tei index reproducibility measurement were consistent. Conclusions Tei index measurement has good reproducibility. By combination of Tel index with high frequency Doppler echocardiography, we can assess left ventricular remodeling and global function comprehensively and noninvasively after coronary artery ligation in rats.
