高强钢耐火性差,在火灾高温作用下强度和刚度急剧降低。因此,近年来,高强钢结构抗火设计的理论得到了较深入的研究,通过对高强钢结构抗火性能方面研究成果的总结,包括:高强钢高温力学性能、高强钢焊接截面高温后残余应力、高强钢柱抗火性能研究、高强钢梁抗火性能研究、高强钢节点抗火性能研究、受火后高强钢结构抗火性能等,讨论高强钢结构抗火设计理论方面值得注意的若干问题。已有的研究成果表明:高强钢的材料力学性能和结构抗火性能不同于普通钢和普通钢结构,现行设计标准关于抗火设计的方法不能直接应用于高强钢结构。
Fire resistance of high strength steel is not good and the strength and stiffness reduce significantly in fire.Studies on fire resistance of high strength steel have been carried out by researchers in recent years. The achievement of series researches on fire resistance of high strength steel structures were mainly presented in this paper. The related topics included mechanical properties of high strength steel at elevated temperature,residual stresses of welded high strength steel sections,fire resistance study on high strength steel columns,fire resistance of high strength steel beams,fire resistance of high strength steel joints and post-fire behavior of high strength steel structures etc. Key problems being worthy of some study on fire design theory of high strength steel structures were discussed. The results show that the machanical property of high strength steel and the fire resistance of high strength steel structures are different from those of normal steel and its structures,and the fire resistance design methods in current codes can not be used directly for high strength steel structures.
