提出了一种利用振子模型对光折变表面波进行稳定性分析的方法,通过这种方法分析了扩散机制和漂移机制下表面波的稳定性.分析结果表明:扩散机制下的表面波是稳定的.扩散-漂移机制下,正外加电场存在一个阈值,电场低于阈值时,表面波是稳定的,电场超过阈值时,表面波的稳定性将被破坏;外加电场为负时,表面波始终是稳定的.
We present a method to study the stability of photorefractive surface waves by the oscillator model.Based on this method,stability of photorefractive surface waves with diffusion and drift nonlinearity is analyzed.It is shown that photorefractive surface waves with diffusion nonlinearity are stable.Under drift nonlinearity,there is threshold for positive applied external electric field,below the threshold photorefractive surface waves are stable and upon the threshold the stabilities of surface waves will be destroyed.For negative external electric field,surface waves are always stable.
