介绍了研制本实验装置的背景,叙述了实验装置的设计思路、整体结构和实验教学改革的成果。本实验装置将机械制造技术、交流调速技术、可编程控制器、传感器应用及信号处理技术有机结合起来,成为一个具有良好扩展性和开放性的机电控制综合实验平台。
This paper introduces the background, design methods and the structure of the experimental device. The achievement of the reformed teaching of the experiment is also described. Based on the combination of technologies of mechanical manufacture, AC timing, PLC, sensors application and signal processing, the experimental device devel- oped an integrated experimental platform for the mecha- electronic control.
