电容传感器提供的电容测量信息反映了两相流空隙率的分布,采用12电极阵列式电容传感器提供的电容值的线性组合(即空隙率测量模型)来实现空隙率的测量。遗传算法和偏最小二乘方法用来确定空隙率测量模型。首先应用遗传算法获得对空隙率测量有贡献的最佳电容组合,再用偏最小二乘方法确定各有贡献电容对空隙率测量贡献的大小。实验结果表明,提出的空隙率测量新方法是有效的,测量精度和测量速度满足工业应用要求。
Because the capacitance information obtained from 12-electrode capacitance sensor reflected the voidage distribution of two-phase flow, the linear capacitance combination was adopted to achieve the online voidage measurement of oil-gas two-phase flow. Genetic algorithm and partial least square method were used to determine the voidage measurement model. Firstly, the genetic algorithm was used to explore the optimal capacitance combination. Then, the partial least square method was adopted to determine the weight coefficient of the contribution of each capacitance to the voidage measurement. Experimental results show that the proposed voidage measurement method is effective and the measurement accuracy is satisfactory.
