为探讨在大鼠海马齿状回(DG)生后发育过程中,活化的caspase-3在细胞增殖中的作用,本研究采用双重免疫荧光染色方法检测活化的caspase-3与Ki457的表达情况及其相互关系。结果显示:在DG生后发育过程中,活化的caspase-3与Ki-67的表达无相关性,但明显存在小部分共表达的颗粒细胞。研究结果提示,在终生都有自我更新能力的DG中,活化的caspase-3在颗粒细胞增殖中可能存在重要的非凋亡作用。
To investigate the effect of active easpase-3 on cell proliferation, dual immunofiuoreseent staining was applied to observe the expression and relationship between active caspase-3 and Ki-57 in the dentate gyrus (DG) of rat hippocampus during postnatal development. The results showed that the expression of active caspase-3 and Ki-67 had no statistical correlation in DG during postnatal development. However, there were a minority of colocalized granular cells evidently. These results suggest that active caspase-3 may exert a significant non-apoptotic function in proliferating granular cells of DG undergoing self-renewal throughout life.
