WANG Yoli, is an M.S. candidate in the School of Electronic Engineering, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Beijing, China. Her research interests include cognitive radio networks and ad hoc networks. ZHANG Yong, is an Associate Professor in the School of Electronic Engineering, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications （BUPT）, China. He holds a Ph.D. degree in BUPT. His research interests include mobile communications, cognitive networks and self-organizing networks. ZHANG Yinghoi, received his Ph.D. degree from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications （BUPT）, China. He is now a Professor and Director of Information and Electronics Technology Laboratory in BUPT. His current research areas include wireless communications, communication networks and mi- croelectronics.
