试验旨在研究玉米赤霉烯酮在玉米及其结构中的污染分布规律。试验收集全国10个省(市)玉米共180批次,检测方法采用酶联免疫试剂盒初筛和液质联用仪验证两种方法测定胶质玉米和粉质玉米完善粒(种皮、胚、胚乳)、霉变粒和不完善粒中的玉米赤霉烯酮毒素含量。结果表明:两种玉米结构中胚的毒素含量最多,种皮其次,胚乳较少;霉变程度与毒素含量无明显相关性;不完善粒的筛下物毒素含量明显高于筛上物。因此去除玉米中胚芽或过筛能有效降低玉米中玉米赤霉烯酮的含量。
The objective of this survey aim to study distribution of zearalenone contamination in differ- ent parts of corn, A total of 180 corn samples from 10 provinces of china were obtained to determine the contents of zearalenone. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assy(ELISA) and LC-MS were used for de- termination the contents of zearalenone in Colloid corn and flour corn perfect grain (corn structure:tes- ta, embryo and endosperm), moldy kernel and unsound kernel. The results showed that the contents of zearalenone in testa were more than that in embryo and endosperm, and which were not positively cor- related with the content of moldy kernel;the ZEN contents of undersized compost in unsound kernel was higher than those of oversized compost. Therefore, removing the embryo of corm or sieving corn may be reduce the contents of zearalenone.
