根据价格变化动态调整矿石开采边界品位,对于多金属矿山开展多种金属的合理开采与综合利用研究尤为重要。首先基于盈亏平衡分析,考虑采矿、选矿及冶炼等生产工艺,建立了矿石品位、市场价格和产品利润的数学模型;借助于该模型,分析研究了矿产品价格变动对企业盈利的影响,以及不同工艺下出矿品位对采矿成本的影响;最后结合具体事例说明该模型的应用。研究结论表明,所建立的模型能够根据成本、价格等诸多因素的动态变化,获得矿山多种品位指标的变化规律,为矿山采矿边界品位决策及生产工艺优化提供了理论依据。
英文摘要：
Dynamically adjusting the cutoff grade based on the changes of prices is of great impor-tance of conducting the reasonable exploitation and comprehensive utilization research of polymetallic de-posit.Firstly,according to the break-even analysis results,the mathematical model of ore grade,market price and product profit is established based on taking the mining,processing and smelting techniques in-to consideration;then,based on the mathematical model,the influence of the mineral prices changes to corporate profits and the influences of different ore grade to mining costs are analyzed in detail;finally, the application results of the mathematical model is discussed based on special examples.The results show that with the changes of cost and price,the changes regularity of a variety of grade indicators can be obtained based on the mathematical model established in this paper to provide theoretical basis for the mining cutoff grade decision and optimization of production techniques.
