用数字散斑相关方法(DSCM)实验研究了无预制裂纹的毛竹试件在拉伸载荷下的断裂行为.基于试件表面的图像以及DSCM测量的位移场和应变场,分析和总结了竹材的断裂失效模式和破坏机理,定量测量了竹材的断裂韧性.研究发现竹材试件在拉伸时先在竹黄部分出现横向裂纹,此裂纹进而向竹肉横向稳定扩展,加载继续进行时裂纹会突然转为纵向并发生失稳扩展,使试件沿纤维方向破坏.通过DSCM测量得到的位移场获得了裂纹的临界张开位移,计算得到实验用竹材的断裂韧性KⅠc=4.2MPa.m^0.5.
The fracture behavior of moso bamboo under tensile load was experimentally studied using digital speckle correlation method(DSCM).Based on the captured images and the DSCM measured displacement and strain fields,the classic fracture mode and mechanism of the bamboo was analyzed and summarized,and the fracture toughness of bamboo was quantitatively measured.The experimental results show that,when the specimen is loading,a transverse crack firstly appeares in the Shiraia bambusicola and then expands to the bamboo meat,finally the crack turns to longitudinal and the specimen completely fractured.The critical crack tip opening displacement(COD) was obtained using the DSCM measured displacement field,and the fracture toughness of specimen was then calculated as KⅠ c=4.2 MPa·m0.5.
