In this paper, linear Leontief dynamic input output （IO） model is extended to get the nonlinear dynamic IO model, and based on the practical data of Sinopec, a nonlinear dynamic IO model is structured out for the oil enterprise whose production can be included into three steps, exploration and production, refining and chemicals, and marketing. By using this model, a benefit possibility curve can be created. With this curve, a comparison is made finally between domestic oil enterprise and overseas oil enterprise.
