This article introduced the concept and the reason of market separate price, analyzed the major flaws of market which existed in the real estate market, inquired into the influencing factors which separated the real estate market price under the condition of information economy. All these provided the reference to develop real estate industry in our country healthily and implemented the macroeconomic regulation and control by the government.
