选取我国华南地区126家高科技企业作为研究对象,对组织学习、动态能力与持续竞争优势之间的关系进行了实证研究,认为组织学习对动态能力有显著的直接正向影响;动态能力对持续竞争优势有显著的直接正向影响;组织学习对持续竞争优势没有显著的直接正向影响。
We examine the relationships among organizational learning, dynamic capability and sustainable competitive advantage in this paper. The sample of this study has 126 high-tech companies in south China. We proved that: (1)Organizational learning has a distinct direct positive impact on organization's dynamic capability; (2)Dynamic capability has a distinct direct positive impact on organization's sustainable competitive advantage;(3)Organizational learning do not have distinct direct positive impact on sustainable competitive advantage. The results of this paper are meaningful for us to further understand the relationships among organizational learning, dynamic capability and sustainable competitive advantage.
