Zhang Shanlei was a famous doctor in the modern times,and his work,Zhongfeng Zhenquan,has a great influence on medicine. Based on Zhongfeng Zhenquan,the theoretical origin of Zhang Shanlei’s academic thought of strike was discussed. Based on Nei Jing,the theory of the blood impact up to the brain was promoted.The academic thought of Zhang Shanlei came from Liu Hejian,Zhu Danxi,Zhang Jingyue,Miu Zhongchun and Zhang Bolong,and the theory was focused on inner and external effects,etiology and pathogenesis of the strike.
