针对传统气钉枪需要携带空气压缩机长线作业的缺点,提出一种便携式双气缸气钉枪,即采用偏心布置大小气缸,由大活塞压缩气体蓄能,通过电子元件触发小活塞将气体能量瞬间释放,达到打钉的目的。通过试验得到气钉枪工作时所需的冲击功,分析其撞针组件运动过程,建立计算模型。分析得到双气缸气钉枪的各个参数,包括大小气缸的布局及尺寸参数、曲柄滑块机构参数和2Z-X(A)型三级微型行星齿轮减速器参数。研制了该便携式双气缸气钉枪实物样机,打钉试验表明该气钉枪的力度较大,与电磁铁直接推动撞针工作的电动射钉枪比较,冒钉现象减少了13.3%。
In response to the shortcomings of traditional pneumatic nail guns which can not operate for the long term without a compressor,aportable nail gun design was proposed,using the eccentric arrangement of two cylinders of unequal sizes.To achieve the purpose of nailing,a large piston compresses the gas to store energy in the big cylinder and a small piston is triggered through electronic components releasing the gas energy instantaneously.Through the nail test,the impact energy of the nail gun was obtained.According to analysis of the striker movement process and the established mathematical model,the parameters of the portable double-cylinder pneumatic nail gun were calculated,including the layout and sizes of thecylinders,parameters of the crank slider mechanism and the 2 Z-X(A)three-micro-planetarygear reducer.Besides,aprototype of the portable double-cylinder pneumatic nail gun was developed and tested comparing with an electric needle nail gun which uses electromagnets to push the striker directly.The test shows the strength of prototype was greater and the rate of fail nailing reduced by 13%.
