区域创新体系建设是区域经济社会发展的重要方面。通过定义区域创新体系成熟度,采用灰色定权聚类对我国31个省份进行评估,有效地把握了我国各省区域创新体系发展水平和建设成效;并分析区域创新体系成熟度对各个省份创新投入产出效率的影响,发现区域创新体系成熟度对投入产出效率有一定影响;据此进一步把我国各个省份划分成8个类型,提出了一些我国区域创新体系建设的对策建议。

Regional Innovation System construction is one of the most important aspects of the regional economic and social development.Maturity of Regional Innovation System is defined.And those of china＇s province are evaluated to understand their Regional Innovation System construction level.It is also found that maturity of Regional Innovation system has some effects on their Input-output efficiency.Furthermore,China＇s provinces are divided into 8 types based on the evaluations.At last,some suggestions are given to promote china＇s provincial Regional Innovation System.
