借鉴空间映射的原理,以典型的微小型TO-5电磁继电器为例,建立了转动式电磁机构的等效磁路模型和有限元模型。同时提出了基于关键尺寸参数、调配参数的磁路建模方法。计算方法既能反映关键参数变化对输出结果影响,又能保证一定精度和速度。
An equivalent circuit model of TO-5 as example was established and the result was analyzed and processed by space-mapping algorithm which makes it possible to calculate fast and accurately. At the same time,some rules and methods were put forward on how to extract key parameters during the process of model establishment so that the model can reflect how the key parameters influence the result. The model can not only reflect how parameters influence the result but also keep a certain accuracy around 5% and the computation time is only 0. 1% of FEM's.
