An equivalent circuit model of TO-5 as example was established and the result was analyzed and processed by space-mapping algorithm which makes it possible to calculate fast and accurately. At the same time,some rules and methods were put forward on how to extract key parameters during the process of model establishment so that the model can reflect how the key parameters influence the result. The model can not only reflect how parameters influence the result but also keep a certain accuracy around 5% and the computation time is only 0. 1% of FEM＇s.
