通过对分布式温度传感系统的基本原理的研究,分析了温度测量过程中影响测温准确度的原因,提出了基于环形结构的分布式温度传感器修正瑞利噪声的方法,有效地消除了波长相关损耗和瑞利噪声引起的测温误差。通过改变传感光纤前端的参考光纤的温度,即可解出光纤的瑞利噪声。实验结果表明,修正瑞利噪声后的分布式温度传感器,测温误差从8.5℃降低到0.8℃。
A novel method to solve the inaccuracy of the measured temperature using the distributed temperature sensor system is presented.The method to eliminate Rayleigh noise is revealed theoretically with a loop configuration and a section of the reference sensing fiber in the front section.Due to the differences between the Stokes channel and anti-Stokes channel of the wavelength division multiplexing(WDM)and the avalanche photodiode(APD),the Rayleigh noises in Stokes light and anti-Stokes light are not the same.By changing the temperature of the reference sensing fiber,the Rayleigh noises in Stokes light and anti-Stokes light are calculated.The demodulation temperatures of the distributed temperature sensor before and after the Rayleigh noise calibration are compared.The experimental results indicate that the accuracy of the measured temperature has a great improvement after the Rayleigh noise calibration.The temperature errors caused by Rayleigh noise are decreased from 8.5℃to 0.8℃for5times of measurement in a row,when the temperature of the sensing fiber increases from 35.0 ℃to85.0℃.With the proposed method,the impacts of the temperature inaccuracy caused by different wavelengths,local external perturbations and the Rayleigh noises are cancelled out,and the accuracy of the measured temperature of the distributed temperature sensor system is improved significantly.
