考虑到不确定性因素,将机床主轴设计中的参数看作区间变量,应用非概率可靠性理论,建立了机床主轴基于区间分析的非概率可靠性模型,给出了多区间变量非线性函数的非概率可靠性度量方法,提出了基于主轴扭转强度和挠度的可靠性度量指标。对XH2320/4机床主轴进行分析结果表明:所提出的区间分析方法在实际工程中的可行性。
Considering the uncertainty factors,the parameters of machine tool spindle design are regarded as interval variables,and a non-probabilistic reliability model of machine tool spindle based on interval analysis is built by applying the non-probabilistic reliability theory. The measurement method of non-probabilistic reliability with non-linear function for multiple interval variables is proposed and the reliability measurement index of spindle based on torsional strength and deflection is presented. The XH2320 / 4 machine tool spindle produced by Guilin Machine Tool Plant is analyzed by using this this interval analysis method,and the results show that this method can be applied to the reliability analysis of whole machine in practical engineering.
