The methylation of RASSF1A and p16 gene has been proved to be closely related with lung cancer.Studies focus on detecting the methylation status of RASSF1A and p16 gene in pathological tissues,exhaled breath condensate,blood,sputum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid,demethlation and treatment of methylation.Demethylation drugs such as 5-Aza-2′-dC are used in clinic treatment on lung cancer.
