以一个新产品和再造品存在差别定价、制造商回收闭环供应链为对象,在突发事件干扰两类产品的最大市场需求规模发生扰动的情况下开展研究:给出了可协调稳定环境下分散式决策闭环供应链的数量折扣契约;分析了集中式决策闭环供应链应对突发事件干扰的产量和定价策略;发现稳定环境下的数量折扣契约在突发事件干扰下会失效,通过对其改进可协调突发事件干扰下的分散式决策闭环供应链,且改进后的契约也能够协调稳定环境下的分散式决策闭环供应链。
In a manufacturer collecting closed-loop supply chain (CLSC) with difference piece between the new and remanufactured products, the dealing strategies and coordination are studied under two products demand disruptions. Firstly, a quantity discount contract is designed to coordiante the decentralized CLSC in coordinability normal environment. Then, the optimal prodution and pricing strategies of centralized CLSC is analyzed under disruptions. Finally, it is proved that the improved quantity discount contract can be used to coordinate the decentralized CLSC when two product demands are disrupted, and the improved contract can also coordinate the decentralized CLSC in normal environment.
