为了研究露天采矿机的实际切割轨迹,总结了露天采矿机的基本作业方式,分析了切割轨迹的影响因素,综合xw方向的分速度进行积分得到了顺时针和逆时针2种切割方式的轨迹计算模型,确立了切割轨迹长度L与水平方向速度”、开采深度h、滚筒半径R、转速w之间的函数关系,并对T1255露天采矿机进行研究,得到了2种切割轨迹的长度、差值与h、R及w的关系。研究结果表明:顺时针比逆时针切割轨迹长,单位切割次数功耗最大相差达到6.83kN·m;固定转速时,2种切割轨迹随h增加而增加,变动转速时,顺时针切割轨迹随采深增加先增大后减小,在h=0.5m时达到最大,逆时针切割轨迹随着采深变化持续增加,在最大采深处达到最大。
In order to study the actual cutting trajectory of surface miner, the basic operating type of surface miner was summarized, and the influence factors of the cutting trajectory were analyzed. By integrating the component of velocity on x and y direction, the trajectory calculation model was obtained in both clockwise and counterclockwise cutting mode, and the functional relationship between the cutting trajectory length L and horizontal velocity v, mining depth h, roll radius R and ro- tational speed to was established. By studying the surfer miner of T1255, the relationship between length and difference of the two kinds of cutting trajectory and h, R and to. The results show that the cutting trajectory of clockwise type is longer than counterclockwise, and the largest difference of power consumption is 6. 83 kN m. The two kinds of cutting trajectory increase with h increasing when rotational speed is fixed. While rotational speed is variable, cutting trajectory of clockwise increases firstly with the mining depth increasing,and reaches maximum when h = 0. 5 m, then decreases with the mining depth increase. The counterclockwise cutting trajectory changes along with the mining depth increasing, and reaches the maximum at the largest mining depth.
