社区首诊制是分级诊疗制度的核心要素,对建立层次分明、分工合理的卫生服务体系至关重要。目前社区首诊制相关研究都更多地探索和研究其实施路径,忽视了其可行性研究。本文从建立社区首诊制的必要性与紧迫性、社区首诊制可行性研究的必要性、社区首诊制可行性研究的切入点3个方面,对社区首诊制可行性研究进行了探讨,认为有必要加强社区首诊制可行性研究,从而为实施全（医保）人群的社区首诊制提供政策依据。

Being the key element of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment,gatekeeper system is crucial to establishing a clear hierarchical and well-arranged medical service system.At present,most studies related to gatekeeper system are focused on exploring and researching its implement path,but ignores its feasibility study.From the three aspects that necessity and urgency of establishing gatekeeper system,necessity of feasibility study on gatekeeper system and entry point of feasibility study on gatekeeper system,the paper studies the feasibility of gatekeeper system,and argues that it is necessary to strengthen its feasibility study so as to provide policy basis for its implementation among population with entire（ universal medical insurance coverage） population.
