纳米水滑石对PVC热稳定性能的影响研究

研究了纳米水滑石(HT)对聚氯乙烯(PVC)热稳定性能的影响及其作用机理。静态热稳定性实验发现HT吸收HCl的能力与用量呈线性关系;动态热稳定实验发现将HT与硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸锌进行复配后,HT用量为1份时协同作用最明显;Haake转矩流变仪测试表明:HT能够促进PVC的塑化,缩短塑化时间;PVC的热分解产物及热失重测试表明,HT能够提高PVC高温分解过程中的成炭能力,抑制PVC热分解过程中苯类衍生物的释放,改善PVC体系的抑烟性能;通过FHR测试表明,HT能与PVC主链上的Cl产生相互作用,使C—Cl伸缩振动往低波数方向移动。

英文摘要:

The effect and mechanism of nano-hydmtalcite (HT) on the thermal stability of PVC were studied. The results of static thermal stability test showed HCl capacity was a linear relationship with HT content ; the results of dynamic thermal stability test showed when HT was compounded with CaSt2 and ZnSt2 and the content of HT was 1 phr, the synergistic effect was the most obvious; the results of Haake rehology research showed the plasticization ability of PVC filled with HT was increased and the plasticization time was shortened; the investigation of the decomposition after PVC burned (at 500 ℃) showed HT could reduce the beneze, and thermogravimetric analysis result also showed HT could increase the content of the charring at high-temperature. The results of FTIR showed the positive lay charge of hydrotalcite could act with the electron cloud of chlorine atoms in PVC chain and weaken the activity.
