耳鼻咽喉-头颈外科学作为一门实践性很强的临床课程，目前的临床实践教学面临诸多困惑。通过分析目前我国在耳鼻咽喉-头颈外科，临床实践教学的现况，针对存在的教学资源不足、教学方法单一、医学人文缺失等问题提出了相应的对策和建议。

Clinical practice teaching is an important aspect in medical education. As a practical course involving more opportunites for students to operate, there are a lot of problems in the clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology. This article aims to propose the corresponding strategies and suggestions through making a depth analysis of these problems, such as imbalance between supply and demand of teaching resources, backwardness and singleness of teaching methods and the lack of education concerning medical humanities.
