采用分散控制集中管理的思想,以“无超调专家PID”技术和“分步编程”技术实现对单个CVI(chemical vapor infiltration)设备的温度控制,再把各个现场控制级和监控管理级用485总线组成监控网络。用MCGS组态软件开发了系统监控软件,实现对多台不同CVI设备温度的监控,经初步验证表明该系统运行可靠,可以实现数据的自动记录和存储,从而提高了CVI车间或实验室的管理自动化水平。
The temperature of each piece of CVI equipment is controlled by the technique of "no overshoot expert PID" and "program step by step". Then, following the principle of decentralized control and centralized monitoring, all the field controlled equipments are interconnected into a monitoring network by the 485 bus. The system monitoring software is developed on the platform of the configuration software MCGS, for the monitoring of the temperatures of multiple CVI equipments. The experimental results show preliminarily that the system is reliable and practical.
