The Hawking radiation of the Vaidya-Bonner black hole is studied by the theory of fermions tunnelling. By applying the following coordinate transformation and assuming proper γ^μ matrixes, we study the tunneling characteristics of the fermions with 1/2 spin from the Vaidya-Bonner black hole.
