通过室内GIN法灌浆模拟试验,研究浆液扩散半径与灌浆后结石体单轴饱和抗压强度受灌浆强度、地层渗透系数、孔隙度、浆液水灰比、灌浆时间等单因素和多因素耦合影响规律及其之间的数值关系。采用多元非线性回归分析试验数据,总结出它们之间的数学模型。研究结果表明:对浆液的扩散半径影响显著性的顺序依次为灌浆强度、地层渗透系数、水灰比与灌浆时间;对灌浆后结石体抗压强度影响显著性的顺序依次为水灰比、灌浆强度、孔隙度与灌浆时间,其中水灰比为负向影响。
Based on indoor GIN grouting simulation test, the influence of single and multiple factors of Grouting Intensity Number, permeability coefficient, porosity, water cement ratio, grouting time on diffusion radius, cement strength and their correlation were studied. Two numerical formulations were concluded by multiple non-linear regression analysis of the test data. The results show that on grout diffusion radius of influence is significant in the order of GIN value, permeability coefficient, water cement ratio and grouting time; while on cement strength of grouted gravels of influence is significant in the order of water cement ratio, GIN value, porosity and grouting time, wherein water cement ratio has negative influence.
