如何协调和整合不同成员的知识专长是多样化团队面临的重要问题,交互记忆系统为深入理解和解决该问题提供了新观点。梳理和归纳了交互记忆系统的概念及其三种研究视角,在此基础上探讨了交互记忆系统的动态演化机制,认为该系统的形成和发展是通过知识责任的配置、互动整合和评价调整三个环节来对成员专长分布、提取和更新的过程。最后,评述了交互记忆系统对团队绩效的影响,同时分析了团队成员特征和团队任务特征对两者关系的调节作用,并提出了未来研究方向。
It is important for diverse teams to coordinate and integrate knowledge of members with different areas of expertise,and transactive memory system provides a new perspective to understand and solve the problem.The paper first reviews the definition of transactive memory system and its three research perspectives,then analyzes its dynamic development mechanism,and proposes that the formation and development of transactive memory system are the dynamic process of distributing,retrieving and updating members' expertise through knowledge responsibility allocation,interaction and integration,evaluation and adjustment.Finally,we discuss the effect of transacitve memory system on team performance and the moderating role of team member and team task factors.Implications for future research are discussed.
