基于中部区域科技创新已经取得的成就，建立科技创新能力比较指标体系，用改进的灰色关联度方法，对2006—2011年中部六省科技创新能力进行了动态的分析比较，同时针对科技进步监测结果进行评估，探索了中部区域科技创新特征；从多角度分析了制约中部六省科技创新的关键原因，进而提出提高中部科技创新能力的对策和建议。
英文摘要：
Based on achievements that science and technology innovation has been accomplished in region of central Chin, to establish relative technological innovation comparison index system. Using the method of improvement of gray correlation degree, scientific and technological innovation capacity of 2006-2011 of six central provinces are compared and analysis dynamically. At the same time making evaluation for the advancement of science and technology of monitoring results in order to explore feature of science and technology innovation in the central region. Analysis of the key reasons for restricting science and technology innovation for six provinces from different angles and then put forward to countermeasures and suggestions about improving the ability of innovation of science and technology.
