以PdCl2为前驱体,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为保护剂,用超声波膜扩散法制备了Pd纳米粒子溶胶(E,Pd负载量1.0 wt%)。采用水热法制备了3D纳米花状Pd/CeO2催化剂(F),其结构,形貌和物理化学性能经XRD,SEM和N2吸附-脱附表征。考察了晶化时间对F形貌和晶型的影响。结果表明,晶化时间72 h制备的F72具有较高的比表面积(108 m2·g-1)和较大的孔体积(0.11 cm3·g-1);晶化时间48 h制备的F48呈现花状形貌,由大量厚度(20 nm~30 nm)均匀的纳米单元自组装而成。
Pd nanoparticles colloid(E,1.0 %Pd-loading) was synthesized by ultrasonic assisted membrane reduction method using PdCl2 as the precursor and hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide as the protective agent.Flower-like 3D nanoparticles Pd/CeO2 catalyst(F) were prepared by hydrothermal method.The structure,morphology and physic-chemical properties of F were characterized by XRD,SEM and N2-BET.The effect of crystallization time on the morphology and crystalline of F were investigated.The results showed that F48(crystallized up to 48 h) was composed of a lot of nano petal like building units with uniform thickness of 20 nm~30 nm.F72(the crystallization time is 72 h) has high specific surface area(108 m2·g-1) and large pore volume(0.11 cm3·g-1).
