研究了在175、180、185℃下,微波连续辐射、间歇辐射对PET水解解聚率的影响,并在此研究的基础上,进行了间歇辐射时间为总反应时间的1/10(记为间歇辐射(1/10))的实验,来探究微波能量利用率。结果表明:温度越高,微波能量利用率越大。175、180、185℃下,间歇辐射(1/10)的微波能量利用率比连续辐射分别提高了16.7%,10.0%,6.9%。
Effect of microwave irradiation way on hydrolytic depolymerization rate of poly(ethylene terephthalate,PET) was studied at 175℃, 180℃ and 185℃. Based on this study, an experiment that the intermittent radiation time was one tenth of total reaction time was conducted to research the microwave energy utilization rate. The results show that, the energy efficiency increases with the temperature rising. And the energy utilization rates of intermittent radiation(1/10) are 16.7%,10.0%,6.9% higher than that of the continuous radiation at 175℃,180℃,185℃, respectively.
