以亲水性的乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物(EVAL)为中空纤维膜吸附剂的基质材料,以粉末型大孔强酸性阳离子交换树脂D061为功能性颗粒.采用干-湿法制备了不同填充量树脂填充EVAL中空纤维膜吸附剂,研究了这种吸附剂对模型物蛋白质牛血红蛋白(Hb)的吸附性能,考察了树脂填充量、蛋白质缓冲溶液的pH值和吸附时间对蛋白质静态吸附性能的影响.结果表明.阳离子树脂D061填充EVAL中空纤维膜吸附剂对蛋白质具有较大的静态吸附容量,随树脂的填充量增加膜吸附剂对Hb的吸附容量增加;当缓冲溶液的pH值低于Hb的等电点(6.8~7.1)时中空纤维膜吸附剂对蛋白质的吸附量较大,而当缓冲溶液的pH值高于Hb的等电点时膜吸附剂对蛋白质的吸附量较小:当树脂填充量为65%,并且缓冲溶液的pH值为2.0时树脂填充中空纤维膜吸附剂对Hb的静态吸附量可达到54.84mg/g.
Hollow fiber membrane adsorbents filled with different loading resins are prepared through dry-wet spinning process, by using hydrophilic copolymer EVAL as the hollow fiber substrate and powder D061 type cation exchange resin as functional particles. The EVAL hollow fiber membrane adsorbents filled with resin is developed to study its adsorption behavior with bovine Hemoglobin (Hb) in this work. The effects of resinfilled content, pH value of buffer solution and adsorption time on protein static adsorption performance are discussed. The results show that EVAL hollow fiber membrane adsorbents filled with D061 type cation exchange resins have good adsorption capacity. The static protein absorption capacity increases with ionexchange resins loading. The larger protein capacity of membrane adsorbents is observed when the pH value of Hb buffer solution below the pI of the protein. However when the pH value of Hb buffer solution over the pI of the protein the smaller protein absorption capacity of membrane adsorbents is found. The static Hb adsorption capacity is 54.84 mg/g when D061 resin loading content is 65% at pH 2.0.
