钡铁氧体包覆多壁碳纳米管复合材料的合成与表征

采用水热合成法一步原位合成了新型的M型钡铁氧体(BaFe12O19)包覆多壁碳纳米管(MwNTs)的纳米复合材料,使用傅里叶红外光谱对酸化碳纳米管的表面官能团进行了表征,使用x射线衍射仪与透射电子显微镜对复合材料的相组成和形貌结构进行了表征。结果表明:在140,160和180℃三个温度下均可水热合成制备出较好包覆效果的BaFe12O19/MWNTs复合材料;钡铁氧体的颗粒尺寸为10-30nm;随着合成温度的升高,钡铁氧体的晶粒尺寸有所增大,结晶程度有所提高。

Novel nanostructural composites of multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) coated with M-type barium ferrite had been one step in-situ synthesized by hydrothermal process. The functional groups of surface oxidized MWNTs were investigated by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The phase composition and morphology of the composites were characterized by XRD and TEM. It is found that the BaFe12O19/MWNTs composites with a finely good ferrite coat could be gained in all the three experimental temperatures (140, 160 and 180 ℃). The particle size of barium ferrite was 10--30 nm. With increase of the synthesis temperature, the ferrite particle size increased and its crystallinity improved.
