鉴于目前对低温环境下汽车性能与底盘橡胶部件特性关系的探索较少,本文中以某轿车的后纵臂轴套为例,重点对橡胶部件在不同状态下的低温特性进行试验研究。结果表明,低温对橡胶部件动态特性的影响较大,故建议在进行整车性能调校时应充分考虑底盘橡胶件的低温特性。
In view of the insufficient exploration on the relation between vehicle performance and the char-acteristics of chassis rubber components under low temperature environment,an experimental study emphatically on the low-temperature characteristics of rubber component at different states is conducted in this paper, with the rear longitudinal arm bush of a car as example. The results show that low temperature has rather great effects on the dy-namic characteristics of rubber components and hence it is recommended to take full account on the low-temperature characteristics of chassis rubber parts in vehicle performance tuning.
